What should I bring to my appointment?

Photo ID, insurance card (NHIF or other), and any previous medical records if available. For first-time patients, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration forms.

Do you accept NHIF?

Yes. We support NHIF plans and most major Kenyan insurance providers. Please bring your NHIF card and ID for verification during your visit.

Can I walk in without booking?

Walk-ins are accommodated depending on clinician availability. However, we strongly recommend booking an appointment to reduce waiting time and ensure you receive timely care.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and insurance payments. For insurance, please verify coverage with your provider before your visit.

Do you provide emergency services?

We provide urgent care for non-life-threatening conditions during operating hours. For life-threatening emergencies, please go to the nearest comprehensive emergency facility or call our emergency line for guidance.
